Edina East High School
Class Of 1981

Welcome to the Edina-East High School Class of 1981 web site.

In its 32 years of existence, Edina-East High School built a tradition of excellence known across the state. Whether by a rival school from northern Minnesota, or by an envious school from the Twin Cities, Edina-East was noticed extensively.

Our reputation emphasized victories in sports, academic achievement, and exuberant spirit. After our traditions had started and our reputation was established, they were associated with and contributed to the Edina mystique. However, we were more than a name.

Edina-East High School was made up of individuals whose competitive drive led to sustained success. Edina East was populated by an outstanding administration, faculty, and student body. In June of 1981, however, an era of excellence came to an end.
ANNOUNCEMENTS

Just a quick reminder that if you went to Wooddale at any time for elementary school, we’d love to see you next Saturday morning at the Wooddale Shelter at 50th and Wooddale! Feel free to bring photos and mementos of your time at Wooddale! Spread the word!

Attention all EE Class of 81 who attended Wooddale Elementary at any time during their elementary years (this includes you, Morningsiders!)
At our 40th, we enjoyed chatting about elementary school so much, we decided to arrange a special opportunity to get together before our 45th!
So, you are invited to Wooddale Park (the old site of Wooddale School) on Saturday, September 12th at 10:30 AM for coffee and reminiscing. This is just a fun, informal time to say “remember when…” and be referring to grade school rather than the shenanigans we got up to in HS!

This is a no charge event.  The class will provide some light appetizers; while beverages and any other food items ordered off the menu will be on your own tab.
