Was sorry to learn of his passing. There is a photo on the funeral home website of him hugging a grandchild in a booth. If his hair was a tad longer and wilder, he could have been back in math class at East. Too soon.

Paul

A true friend from day one

We worked together for many years with our respective Lawn Service Businesses

Regardless of the circumstances Paul, always ready to lend a helping hand, ready to lend a helping hand with a big smile

Lots of good times at the Brandt Ottertail cabin

True Adventure on many a Road Trip to Wisconsin...

We where in constant communication via telephone

The last few conversations?

A few days before he passed...

Phil, I'm not going to make it

May God Bless The Soul Of Paul Brandt

Although I hadn't seen him in years, Paul was a good friend back in the day.  Growing up 4 houses down on Brookview Ave, we shared lots of good times.  I'd never heard of a Kitty Cat snowmobile before meeting Paul; but it was a blast driving it around their yard.

Paul loved the Beach Boys - we'd have them cranked up for hours playing pinball in their basment.

I was lucky enough to make the trip up to their cabin on Ottertail a few times.  It was always an adventure with Owen driving the big Econoline, and Nancy telling him to slow down.

RIP Paul

Indeed.  Way too soon.

We had so many good times back in high school.

It is heartening to read the stories of Paul's good life.

Fun loving, a little mischievous, ahh what good memories.

My thoughts go out to Paul's family and all his friends.

I wish we could have jammed a bit together on guitar.

Rest in peace, my friend.

I love the memories being shared about Paul.  Being "Cardle" between "Brandt" and "Carlson"... our lockers and classroom desks were almost always by each other every year.  The biggest mistake I made was giving Paul my locker combo.  The items he stashed in my locker, and the books he borrowed from my locker (when he forgot his), still make me laugh.  His smile and humor were wonderful!  Prayers going out for his family and friends.
