Tom Abrell

I lived the first 10 years of my life in Northern California and my family moved to Edina in 1974. I returned to Sourthern California for college after high school and my parents moved to San Diego while I was in college. I settled in Los Angeles and then moved to San Diego in 1992 and I have lived in Carlsbad these past 19 years.
I spent 25 years in various software development projects including several years as a technical project manager. I was remarried 12 years ago and my wife and I educate families on health and the importance of fruits and vegetables and whole food in their diet.
